Agency tier is application-gated to ensure operational fit. We typically approve agencies with 5+ active clients and $100K+/month MRR. Solo operators and pre-revenue agencies are usually a better fit for the Pro tier initially — and we'll suggest that upgrade path in our review reply if it's the cleaner match.
